Giampietro had this classic contemplative look.
He was gracious enough to allow me to take his portrait and he did not mind if I shared it on the internet.
I had a hunch that the original colour photo was a good candidate to be converted to black and white.
Since I could not decide which one I liked best, here are both in a slideshow.
